The Residences at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort bring a distinctive resort-residential experience to one of Southwest Florida’s most desirable barrier islands. Located at 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, the private residential component includes 69 Gulf-front condominiums arranged among three six-story buildings within the St. Regis resort property. The setting combines direct Gulf frontage with private residential living and access to the services and amenities associated with the St. Regis brand.
The Residences
The residential collection offers a broad range of layouts, from one- to four-bedroom homes, with approximately 1,553 to 5,895 square feet of air-conditioned living area. Expansive terraces extend the living space outdoors, while many residences feature Gulf, garden, bay, or resort views. Private elevator access with keyless entry, generous ceiling heights, open living areas, and carefully selected interior finishes reinforce the property’s emphasis on privacy and luxury coastal living.

During an independent inspection, attention can be given to HVAC operation, plumbing fixtures and drainage, electrical components, windows and exterior doors, interior doors, cabinetry, appliances, flooring, tile and stone work, terraces, and other accessible systems and finishes within the residence.
Properties at this level also contain extensive custom details and large exterior openings that deserve careful review. An inspection can help identify visible installation concerns, incomplete adjustments, operational defects, damaged finishes, or other conditions that may otherwise become the owner’s responsibility after applicable correction or warranty periods.

A prestigious address and high level of finish do not eliminate the value of an independent inspection.
