5 stars from the start to the finish. Michael answered emails extremely promptly when I inquired about an inspection on a home in Manatee County (for my parents). The inspection was scheduled about 10 days out and was completed on-time and in a very comprehensive way. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of all the reports. In fact, there was a very minor problem that my father noticed in the house before we put an offer in on the house. I thought to myself, “Self, this is a good way to see how thorough Michael actually is (!) – though it was so minor that it wouldn’t even register for me as an issue either way.” Sure enough, this detail was not missed during the inspection. Above all, it was one of a very few things that was actually found to be wrong with the house (small duplex, only four years old and well cared for). Thorough, responsive, comprehensive, great communicator. In conclusion, 5 stars.
