I have had dozens of home inspections done where I live in Texas, I am also a home builder back here. We decided to buy a property on Longboat Key for our retirement. Not having any of my resources there I shopped for a good home inspector. We came across Michael at Direct Inspect and I can tell you I have never had a home inspector more thorough.
